Group fitness's product is the workout. Its value is the community. The studio, the box, the class is a social system as much as a training environment, and the platforms members use between sessions are the digital connective tissue that keeps that system alive. SugarWOD sits inside that loop — a mobile-first app where athletes access programming, log workouts, and stay connected to their local and distant communities.
I took it on as a self-directed case study: modernize the UI, sharpen the UX, and strip the feature noise that obscured both.
